Create and Run your PW Faction
you want to start a faction , you should firstly go to the Faction Supervisor in Archosaur. The requirements are that you are not currently in a faction and that you are level 20+. Then for 100,000 coins or PW Gold you can create a faction and name it.
Now you can have up to 50 members. If you pay an additional 2,000,000 coins (2 mil) you can upgrade to a level/rank/tier 2 faction and you can hold 100 members. From there, you can pay an additional 10,000,000 (10 mil) and upgrade to a lvl/rank/tier 3 faction and hold 200 members. You cannot upgrade any higher.
There is the Commisioner, this is the most basic position that everyone has when they join your faction.Then there is the Executor, and the executor can add people to the faction. You can have up too 12 executors regardless of faction tier.Next is the Marshal. The marshal can add people, and promote/demote people between Commisioner and Executor. These are typically very trusted people. You can have up too 4 marshals regardless of faction tier. Then there is the Director. The director is pretty much like the leader. This should be a highly trusted person who is a relatively high level Perfect World Gold, who is nice, who you know and trust well. Typically this is a person you might know in real life or someone you know extremely well for in-game standards.
