Quicksilver is more for catching runners than it is for escaping. Leve1 (aika money) will suffice, though. Foxglove is handy early-game when people don't have movespeed upgrades to their equipment. The slow works more often than it should, and the DoT does okay damage.
Hot Shot can be a decent damage boost early on when repairs are cheap, but most builds at 50 won't have the spare skill points to invest in it (not enough to make it worth keeping anyway). Sirocco which there are better ways to get 12 evasion than wasting skill points on that.
Hemlock would definitely have its uses. For example, vs clerics who are spam healing in PvP or warlocks using their mana shield. It does not affect pots, but it does completely stop MP regen, which many casters stack and rely on between pot cooldowns.
We would change a few things around. What you have looks like a hybrid between a DoT build and a direct damage/CC build about your build itself now. So Less stealth, less belladonna, more poison ivy, less shock, more full auto, more crit buffs in Aika.
