Reinforcing the Items in Requiem
Currently a Leve22 Requiem gold Rogue, focusing skills and DNA on Fighting Will, Quick Attack and Poison of Malice, we have about 100k lant and 500 Simple Basic Xeon, which was told pretty good for a fresh lowbie. Our weapons are +5 reinforced and enchanted, but all we other gear is +0. We are hesitant to upgrade or buy anything because of finding replacements all the time, and It does not waste money.
Don't concentrate on fighting will. It os a relatively useless skill as hit and miss rates are determined by magic not skill. You should start reinforcing around level 30. You are just going to play through 1~30 too fast to make reinforcing worthwhile. You should keep the reinforces low as you will constantly replace your gear. +5 is probably the better number until you are over level 65 or you plan to make this character fight in a lower tiered battleground.
Enchanting is also a good idea at low levels since most xeons are junk and it has a low amount of enchant slots. You really don't have much to lose and a lot to gain enchanting with the low level gear. We would avoid enchanting over 4 until you are using your end-game gear or gear for twinking. We would also avoid enchanting good xeons, but those are pretty rare. Good Enchants: Attack +3%, Attack +25, Attack +15, any raid drops.
