Runes of Magic Guide for Crafting Levels
If you have maxed out technology skills, you can be in a number of given ability is limited, artisans level (Rom Gold) to level 6, skillful is limited to 3 skill level, only one master layer, and you want to promote skill of other skills, tires, you must first reduce your current skills.
