Some things about Tournament Restriction Model in Warhammer
We have been discussing ways to limit and restrict some of the more boring and repeated tournament builds in
We have been proposing the penalty model, in which we offer freedom to all players of all races within 2250 points, but stripping them from a certain amount of points (50) each time they break one of the so-called reasonable army composition rules. So we basically tax the most extreme builds, instead of forbiding or limiting them explicitly. The tax types each of the races are subject to changes, in order to reflect certain specific elements of their nature.
We know Warhammer 8th edition is coming, but we are attempting this anyway, to possibly use in upcoming tournaments. Maximum 11 power dice and 10 dispel dice. Dispel Scrolls 1 DD and Power Stones 1 PD in each phase (even if already used before). TK are dealt with below.
Bound Spells, Bound Items and items/abilities that steal, discard, accumulate, add dice or give more than +1 to dispel/cast values are worth 1 Dice (either power or dispel according to its function), unless otherwise stated in the race-specific rules. Magic Resistance is not counted towards these limits. You can buy warhammer Online gold when you dont have time for character。
