HP Leeching in Pvp of Cabal
If you 1hit the opponent, you leach only 100HP (Cabal Alz), and if you need 2 hits or more, you leach 150HP. If your opponent has 3k hp and you have 5% steal u will steal 150 hp. It does not mention anything about pots and even in pvp without pots, your opponent can have some +hp heal stats or use leech too, so you will leech more than 150 hp. You will leach more then 150 but this was not mentioned that the enemy uses hpautoheal stuff or vamire.
When you know, how vampire works, and it definitely does in pvp, then you can think about what is better for you in pvp. Vampiric earrings, force regeneration errings or earrings of guard. We think the white board user go for vampiric earrings. Anyway force regen earring better in pvp than vampiric, because they give more hp and +max hp steal does not work in pvp anyway.
If you hit like example target 1k damage and you have 2% steal from board, you can steal only 20 damage and even without any +max steal you will steal 17. And you have 20 max steal from board in Cabal. So if you hit 2k damage, you can steal 40 damage max and only board is enough to steal 37. It is better to use force regen earring, because those vampiric max steal will not work.
