The Guide for Age of Conan Servers
There were never only 18 servers. Merged servers totaled 18, but simultaneously 2 new ones were opened so there have never been less than 20 servers in AoC aoc gold. With launches happening globally, localized servers are being opened up for those countries raising that number. EQ2 runs 22 servers. Again, though using number of servers to try to garner how many players are actively playing is silly. Loads vary from game to game.
Exactly, what counts in our book is whether it is worth the money you pay to play for, in that regard for me it is getting better and better and things are on the right track where they are busy beavering away. We think the capacity of a single server is 15k so all things considered we do not know what the issue is when your only really going to see the server you play age of conan gold on. It is not like you are going to meet everyone that plays the game. And since the merges the population is back there on the servers, hence more enjoyment.
